The City of Jenkins is thrilled to announce that we received funding to aid in the purchase of a Bobcat Toolcat. This purchase will consolidate several failing pieces of equipment that are nearing the end of their useful life, into a single versatile unit. This investment increases efficiency, reduces long-term repair costs, and ensures dependable maintenance of city facilities and grounds. By streamlining operations, the City is able to deliver services more consistently and cost-effectively for its residents. The Community Match required by the City of Jenkins is $10,000 to receive $40,000 in grant funding from Sourcewell. To offset the remaining costs of the purchase, the City plans to sell the outdated equipment that this machine replaces. Thank you, Sourcewell!
